When I dropped my 2005 Dodge truck off yesterday, I was given a quote on services that I thought would include repairs. When I heard back from them, I learned the charges were only for the diagnosis of the problem. My husband and I went in to talk it over with them this morning and Zach and his team were very good to work with us. They remained civil and courteous as I explained the misunderstanding. Instead of charging me full price for the diagnosis, they cut it by more than half. I'm grateful for the way they handled my complaint and impressed by the way they were willing to negotiate terms of payment with me. They take a very professional approach in their services, but I wish they'd been more clear that the estimate was only to cover a diagnosis, not the repair.

This is a difficult car with several problems resulting from age, wear and design. The guys at ACE have dug down and diagnosed and repaired several problems. I have also paid for the diagnostic. Then I could repair myself. They are professional, even with the grungiest engines.

These guys are awesome! It is so difficult to find a auto repair shop that you can trust! I brought my 2006 Ford Ranger in to have an O2 Sensor replaced. They replaced it. Of course they did. BUT, they didn't know that every time I would press the gas pedal to speed up, my Air Conditioning Fan would stop blowing. I don't know what they did but it's working perfectly now! Please do yourself a favor and check these guys out when you need something done. By the way, they're next door to another auto repair shop that looks shady as hell. Make sure you go to the correct address.

When the dealer told me they wouldn’t work on my car’s misfire because it’s slightly modified (cold air intake and a tune), I had to find somewhere else to take my Subaru. These guys did a great job! Zach in particular was very upfront and honest, keeping me up to date at every step of the way and even tried to save me a little money along the way even if I never expressed that was a concern.
