I've gotten both my vehicles worked on by them.My first visit was very professional and welcoming. And on my second visit. It was more the same. It gave me that old school feel, like I've grown up with them in the same neighborhood. And no, we won't talk about those days. LolI would highly recommend them for any of your car needs. We all know that there's no way around the cost of fixing your vehicle. But if you want it done right then you know Ace Auto Repair is the place to be.

Zach at Ace Auto was very honest, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. Took my car in to get a noise checked out and he was able to pinpoint what the cause was and got it fixed. Also, they were not over priced with the work that was done. Really liked the software they use for their estimate. Will be bringing my car for regular service.

When the dealer told me they wouldn’t work on my car’s misfire because it’s slightly modified (cold air intake and a tune), I had to find somewhere else to take my Subaru. These guys did a great job! Zach in particular was very upfront and honest, keeping me up to date at every step of the way and even tried to save me a little money along the way even if I never expressed that was a concern.

Very reasonable price and finished in a timely manner. Owning a hearse it's hard to find anyone to fix it. They even looked over the vehicle after what was originally scheduled to replace. Would highly recommend! Honest and trustworthy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was given printed quote for work and job ended being less expensive than quoted. Gave me several different options for repair and I appreciated the printed out copy with that information. I was able to make an informed decision. Work was great quality. Knowledgeable and provided clear and informative diagnostic with pros and cons of each possible repair option.I feel like an intelligent individual, but my knowledge around mechanical/car repair issues is admittedly lacking. My questions were answered in a way I could understand, and I did not feel dismissed or like my concerns were trivial.

They were very friendly and offered to let you see what was going on and they gave you different avenues that you could take if it were possible and let you choose which one you wanted to do which is nice instead of telling you this is what you have to do when there’s probably more options, they actually told the truth and there is a couple options you have !

Ace Auto is trust worthy. They provide good quality work with warranty and were able to get my air conditioner parts covered through my extended warranty, thus saving me a couple thousand dollars. They also rented me a loaner vehicle for $25 dollars a day. I recommend Ace Auto Care to family, friends, and others.

I brought in an older model mazda with AC problems for a diagnosis. Zach was very professional and was able to to get to it the same day. After significant time they spent diagnosing, it turns out that the AC issues would be more costly to fix than I'm willing to spend on this older car, but they were honest and up-front with what they believe the problems are. The cost factor is not because they are overcharging- it's just that AC systems are expensive. I would definitely bring my cars here in the future.

Affordable. My husband wanted to do most of the repairs. They agreed to just do the parts he couldn't. We had it back the same day. They have also been super helpful over the phone. This is the second A/C we've had worked on there. Car repairs aren't fun. They are expensive and inconvenient, but this is the best that it gets!

Great customer experience, Zach and his team did an awesome job fixing my AC in a 2012 Honda Civic at a fair price.Even though it was a higher price than other shops quoted- you get what you pay for and I always felt in good hands.Zach was always a straight shooter, welcoming, and courteous.When my Civic wasn't blowing cold air after the initial repair, took it right back in and they got a troublesome O ring replaced quickly.They are upfront, honest, and accommodated the need to get my vehicle back on the road soon as possible with the work required.Plus fixed my serp belt and corrosion on my battery!Thanks guys!Will be coming back for repairs done in the future, highly recommend to anyone

Zack and the staff at Ace Auto Repair are amazing. We are from out of town and had radiator trouble with our van. We had places to go in the Salt Lake Valley and needed to get home to Logan (90 miles north). Ace Auto Care made the time to fit us in, analyze the situation, find replacement parts and provide a honest and competitive price. They also had a loner car that we were able to rent at an affordable price for the day. The repairs were completed by the end of the day. They communicated clearly through the day letting us know the progress of our van. They went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Ace Auto Care for your auto repair needs!
