At first I got a diagnosis for repairs, had AC leak, bad shocks and tires needed to be replaced plus oil change.Zach (hope I spell the name correctly) took the car in, at first I was afraid of what other repairs would be required.The car did not do so well on the AC and had to go back to the shop. Zach saw my frustration as the car belongs to my daughter and of course we were not in a good position to spend more money. Ace worked with us up to the end and we’re very understanding about everything and our frustration and got my daughter’s car back on the road and helped us all the way. Can't recommend these guys enough. I've been having them work on two different cars I've owned over the past couple years, and they have always been kind, patient, fair, and helpful. I've even had a dealership give me a free rundown of a car I bought there, then I called Ace to get their second opinion, and they were kind enough to translate all the mechanic gibberish to normal English for me as they gave me their second opinions on the initial assessment. I'm moving out of state soon, but these guys will be changing my oil and doing inspections and repairs anytime I'm back visiting Utah.

When I dropped my 2005 Dodge truck off yesterday, I was given a quote on services that I thought would include repairs. When I heard back from them, I learned the charges were only for the diagnosis of the problem. My husband and I went in to talk it over with them this morning and Zach and his team were very good to work with us. They remained civil and courteous as I explained the misunderstanding. Instead of charging me full price for the diagnosis, they cut it by more than half. I'm grateful for the way they handled my complaint and impressed by the way they were willing to negotiate terms of payment with me. They take a very professional approach in their services, but I wish they'd been more clear that the estimate was only to cover a diagnosis, not the repair.

These guys are awesome! It is so difficult to find a auto repair shop that you can trust! I brought my 2006 Ford Ranger in to have an O2 Sensor replaced. They replaced it. Of course they did. BUT, they didn't know that every time I would press the gas pedal to speed up, my Air Conditioning Fan would stop blowing. I don't know what they did but it's working perfectly now! Please do yourself a favor and check these guys out when you need something done. By the way, they're next door to another auto repair shop that looks shady as hell. Make sure you go to the correct address.

I've even had a dealership give me a free rundown of a car I bought there, then I called Ace to get their second opinion, and they were kind enough to translate all the mechanic gibberish to normal English for me as they gave me their second opinions on the initial assessment. I'm moving out of state soon, but these guys will be changing my oil and doing inspections and repairs anytime I'm back visiting Utah.

I've had my van in a couple times. They're honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't. I've had several times other shops quoted me very high repair costs then come here and had them tell me it either didn't need to be done or actually needed a different repair that wouldn't be as expensiveThey do a full inspection every time I come in and let me know everything they did. Extremely organized with everything they do.

Zack and everyone at Ace were very professional and helpful! My car threw a code that the turbo was bad! I was facing about a 2000 repair! Ace checked it, found that it was my spark plugs needed to be replaced/ tune up! Save me over 1000 dollars! Like I said in a prior review they are very honest and dont try to take advantage of you! The guys at Ace Auto are awesome. They went over the entire estimate with me line by line and what the repair entailed. They had my car fixed quickly. When the check engine light came back on a week later they had me bring it in the same day and I had it back that night. They were quick and fairly priced. When I dropped my 2005 Dodge truck off yesterday, I was given a quote on services that I thought would include repairs. When I heard back from them, I learned the charges were only for the diagnosis of the problem. My husband and I went in to talk it over with them this morning and Zach and his team were very good to work with us. They remained civil and courteous as I explained the misunderstanding. Instead of charging me full price for the diagnosis, they cut it by more than half. I'm grateful for the way they handled my complaint and impressed by the way they were willing to negotiate terms of payment with me. They take a very professional approach in their services, but I wish they'd been more clear that the estimate was only to cover a diagnosis, not the repair.

This is a difficult car with several problems resulting from age, wear and design. The guys at ACE have dug down and diagnosed and repaired several problems. I have also paid for the diagnostic. Then I could repair myself. They are professional, even with the grungiest engines.

These guys are awesome! It is so difficult to find a auto repair shop that you can trust! I brought my 2006 Ford Ranger in to have an O2 Sensor replaced. They replaced it. Of course they did. BUT, they didn't know that every time I would press the gas pedal to speed up, my Air Conditioning Fan would stop blowing. I don't know what they did but it's working perfectly now! Please do yourself a favor and check these guys out when you need something done. By the way, they're next door to another auto repair shop that looks shady as hell. Make sure you go to the correct address.
